EmergenShe is a Street Pause Inc. initiative launching its first phase, focused on providing a crisis response for women and girls working in Community Violence Intervention.

This is a sacred and trusted space created for women practitioners, frontline workers, and leaders who are navigating high-pressure environments and complex challenges and should not be doing so alone.

For too long, women in this field have carried crisis quietly, trauma exposure, institutional pressure, street-level risk, legal complexity, and organizational strain, often without intentionally designed, women-centered systems of support in the moments that matter most.

EmergenShe exists to change that. This work centers care, trust, lived wisdom, and collective strength as essential to the sustainability and advancement of Community Violence Intervention.
